We Shine Brighter Than Light

In the quiet depths of existence, there lies a paradox that many struggle to reconcile. Darkness is often shunned, relegated to the shadows of our awareness, and misunderstood as something to escape or avoid. Yet, within this shadowed realm exists a profound luminosity, a radiance that surpasses even the most blinding light. It’s a subtle brilliance—silent, invisible, but undeniable for those who dare to look beyond the surface.

Darkness is not the absence of light but its origin. It is the womb that cradles potential, the fertile ground where all things come to be. Darkness envelops us with a kind of raw intimacy, inviting us to release attachments to form and identity. It is the space where ego dissolves, where judgments fade, and where we can finally meet ourselves without the filters we have spent lifetimes building. Here, in the stillness, a new kind of light emerges—a light that is not separate from the dark but intertwined, indistinguishable from it.

Consider that every act of creation begins within the void. The artist stares at a blank canvas, the writer faces a blank page, and the thinker sits with a blank mind. It is only by surrendering to the unknown, to the formless, that something profound can emerge. Darkness doesn’t just consume or diminish; it adds depth, layers, and meaning. It carves out spaces within us, allowing us to perceive dimensions of ourselves and the universe that we could never touch through brightness alone.

This radiant darkness reflects the essence of life itself. We are beings that expand and contract, that are filled and emptied in cycles. Every breath, every heartbeat, every experience is a reminder of this cosmic dance of giving and receiving, of adding to and taking away. When we stop resisting this rhythm, we find that what we once perceived as shadows are simply reminders of our potential, our uncharted depths.

To shine as darkness is not to reject light but to transcend the duality of light and dark altogether. It is to recognize that true illumination doesn’t come from escaping or vanquishing shadows but from integrating them. This process transforms our understanding, allowing us to embody a different kind of luminosity—a light that isn’t bound by external visibility but shines from an unshakable inner knowing.

We are both the night and the stars within it, shaping and reshaping ourselves continuously. As we embrace the shadows within, we awaken to a deeper reality, one where every facet of existence has its rightful place. This acceptance, this deep union with both light and dark, is what ultimately enables us to shine brighter than light itself.

The Grand Cycle of Cosmic Renewal

The universe, a magnificent dance of birth, death, and rebirth, mirrors the cycles of life from the smallest of organisms to the grandest of galaxies. At the heart of this cosmic rhythm lies a profound phenomenon: the black hole. Here, in these enigmatic cosmic centres, the renewal of the universe unfolds, echoing the ancient concept of Samsara.

In the vast expanse of the cosmos, our universe is perpetually in flux, ceaselessly evolving through cycles of creation and dissolution. Each iteration of this cosmic cycle marks a step towards a higher state of development. As the universe experiences these cycles, it evolves, fostering more sustainable life forms with each rebirth. This evolutionary process is not merely an incidental aspect of the universe but an intrinsic feature of its very nature.

The concept of Samsara, the cycle of birth, death, and rebirth, is as ancient as the stars themselves. It is a cycle that propels the human soul and the cosmos toward greater levels of consciousness and existence. Every cycle brings the universe closer to a state where life can flourish in every corner, where the seeds of existence can take root and blossom.

This journey towards universal vitality is a profound one. As the universe evolves, the black holes, often perceived as destructive forces, serve as catalysts for this grand transformation. They are the crucibles where the old is dismantled to give way to the new, where the remnants of dying stars are recycled into the building blocks of new celestial bodies.

The black hole, however, is only one part of this cosmic equation. Its counterpart, the white hole, is believed to be responsible for the Big Bang—the ever-continuous moment of awakening. The white hole represents the cosmic breath of creation, the outpouring of energy and matter that initiates the birth of the universe. This interplay between black and white holes symbolizes the dynamic balance of destruction and creation, contraction and expansion.

Once the universe reaches a state where life is omnipresent and self-sustaining, it will strive towards moksha—a liberation from the cyclical nature of Samsara. This state of cosmic enlightenment is not an end but a new beginning. The universe, now free from attachments and the perpetual cycle of renewal, will embark on a journey of liberation, perpetuating a cycle of existence that is free, whole, and unbound.

Interestingly, this grand cosmic cycle is not confined to the universe at large. It is echoed in the myriad smaller black holes scattered throughout the cosmos. Each black hole, in its domain, participates in this dance of renewal and liberation, contributing to the overall evolution of the universe.

In this way, the universe mirrors the spiritual journey of the soul. It evolves, seeks liberation, and strives towards a state of higher consciousness and freedom. This cosmic dance invites us to reflect on our journeys of growth and liberation, encouraging us to embrace the cycles of life with a sense of awe and reverence.

The Eternal Renewal

Embracing the Continuum of Birth Within

In the vast expanse of existence, where time weaves through the essence of being, a profound truth murmurs to those willing to listen: Every day is your birthday. This statement, far from being a mere poetic flourish, unveils the cyclical nature of our existence, where each moment is a celebration of birth, a testament to the miraculous cycle of being and becoming.

Imagine, if you will, a universe where every tick of the clock heralds the arrival of a new you, reborn amidst the infinite possibilities that the cosmos offers. This is not a fantasy, but a reflection of the deeper reality that underlies our everyday experience. Here, you are both the sculptor and the clay, the painter and the canvas, the cause and the effect. You are not merely a bystander in the grand spectacle of existence but a central figure, continuously crafting and recrafting your essence in the boundless dance of creation.

This perspective shifts the paradigm from a linear trajectory of birth, life, and death to a more intricate, multidimensional experience. You are not moving towards an endpoint, but rather, you are eternally birthing yourself into existence, moment by moment. Each breath is a rebirth, each thought a creation, each action a ripple across the vast ocean of being.

Consider the implications of this understanding. If every moment is a birth, then every moment is ripe with potential, teeming with the promise of new beginnings. The struggles and challenges of yesterday do not define you; rather, they serve as the labour pains of the new self you are birthing today. This realization empowers you to live with a sense of perpetual renewal, to embrace the fluidity of your being, and to cultivate a life that reflects the boundless creativity of the universe itself.

Moreover, this continuous rebirth transcends the individual, echoing through the interconnected web of existence. You are a microcosm of the cosmos, a reflection of the all-encompassing oneness that binds every atom, every star, and every galaxy together. In birthing yourself, you contribute to the birthing of the world, each act of creation a thread in the ever-unfolding fabric of reality.

In this dance of continuous becoming, mindfulness becomea key. To be aware of each moment’s birthing potential is to live fully, to recognize the sacredness in the mundane, and to find the extraordinary in the ordinary. This awareness invites a celebration of existence, a joyful acknowledgment of the miracle of being, and a profound understanding that, indeed, every day is your birthday.

Let us then approach each day, each moment, with the wonder it deserves, embracing the eternal cycle of birth and rebirth that defines the very essence of our existence. For in this understanding, we find not only the key to our transformation but also the secret to a life lived in harmony with the infinite dance of the cosmos.

The Dance of the Cosmos

Understanding the Interconnectedness of Existence

In the grand tapestry of existence, every thread is intricately woven into a larger, more complex pattern. This pattern, a vibrant mosaic of life and energy, highlights the profound interconnectedness of all things in the universe. It is a concept that transcends mere physicality, inviting us to explore the deeper spiritual and metaphysical aspects of our existence.

At the heart of this interconnectedness is the idea that everything in the universe, from the smallest particle to the vastest galaxy, is an expression of divine creativity. This perspective offers a profound sense of unity and harmony, suggesting that every element of the cosmos, including ourselves, is part of a larger, purposeful whole.

The physical universe, in this view, is not a static entity but a dynamic and ever-changing phenomenon. It is characterized by a continual process of transformation, a cycle of dying and rebirthing that underlines the concept of eternal renewal. This cyclical nature of existence echoes in every aspect of our lives, reminding us that change and transformation are not only inevitable but also essential components of the cosmic dance.

In this cosmic scheme, each element plays a crucial role. Like individual notes in a grand symphony, every aspect of the universe contributes to the creation of a harmonious and balanced whole. This interconnectedness implies a deep responsibility: our actions, thoughts, and beliefs have far-reaching consequences, influencing not only our immediate environment but also the broader fabric of existence.

Understanding and embracing this interconnectedness can lead to a more conscious and intentional way of living. It encourages us to recognize the impact of our actions, to live in harmony with the natural world, and to cultivate a sense of compassion and empathy for all beings. It’s a call to see beyond the illusion of separation and to acknowledge our role in the ongoing creation and evolution of the universe.

In conclusion, the concept of interconnectedness in existence is not just a philosophical idea; it’s a call to action. It invites us to participate actively in the cosmic dance, to embrace change, and to contribute positively to the ongoing saga of the universe. By recognizing our interconnected nature, we can find a deeper sense of purpose, belonging, and unity.

The Perfect Symphony of the Universe

There’s a profound beauty in pondering the vastness of the universe and all that it encompasses. The stars, the galaxies, the black holes, the planets, and everything in between – all orchestrated in an unfathomable cosmic dance. Closer to home, even the simple rustling of leaves or the intricate patterns of relationships and human behaviours are a part of this grand tapestry. But what if every single occurrence, no matter how significant or inconsequential it seems, is exactly as it should be?

Imagine a world where every event, every interaction, every impulse, and every action has its place and purpose. No occurrence is out of place; everything fits. There is a certain harmony, an intrinsic order in this idea. Even the most chaotic and seemingly random events play their part in this universal symphony.

It’s easy to look at experiences that cause us pain or challenge our perceptions and label them as ‘bad’ or ‘wrong’. However, by doing so, are we not resisting the natural flow of the universe? If we embrace the belief that everything is as it should be, we free ourselves from the constraints of judgment, regret, and resistance. Instead, we can find peace in acceptance, growth in challenges, and a deeper understanding of the intricate balance of life.

This perspective also brings forth a realization about our role in this vast cosmos. We are not mere spectators; we too are playing our part perfectly. Whether we’re undergoing personal growth, facing challenges, or simply experiencing the highs and lows of life, each of our actions and decisions is a note in the universal song.

It’s not about labelling events as ‘good’ or ‘bad’ but rather seeing the bigger picture. Understanding that pain might lead to growth, challenges can result in strength, and every experience is a lesson in disguise. It’s about trusting that the universe, with its boundless wisdom, is unfolding exactly as it should, with every piece, no matter how big or small, contributing to its magnificent design.

In closing, consider this: If everything in the universe is as it should be, then every moment is an opportunity. An opportunity to learn, to grow, to love, and to embrace the perfect imperfections of this cosmic journey.

Beyond the Veil

My Journey into the Transcendence of Physical Realms and the Oneness of the Universe

In the boundless journey of existence, some moments catapult us beyond the tangible, into realms where the physical dissolves into the ineffable, and where the self merges into the boundless oneness of the universe. During my dialogue with Steve James on Guru Viking, I opened a window into my experiences that transcended the physical realm, venturing into spaces where I felt an indescribable oneness with everything – events, beings, and the universe itself.

These extraordinary experiences were not bound by the physical senses nor confined by the constructs of time and space. There were moments when the veil of physicality was lifted, revealing a boundless space where every event, every being, and every moment existed in a harmonious dance of oneness.

In this space beyond the physical, I was not a mere observer but the intrinsic whole of this cosmic dance. I was in everything and everything was in me. The dichotomy of self and other, observer and observed, and inside and outside collapsed into a singular, boundless existence where all was one and one was all.

This oneness was not merely a connection but a profound realization of being the universe itself, of being a singular expression of the infinite expressions of existence. It was a space where every event was not separate but was a unique manifestation of the boundless cosmos.

Navigating through life with this realization has been a journey of continuous unfolding, where every moment is a reminder of the boundless oneness that permeates through the apparent separateness of physical existence. It is a reminder that beneath the surface of the tangible lies an infinite ocean of oneness, where we are not separate entities but unique expressions of the same boundless existence.

You Are the Universe

The Singularity of Existence

When we look into a mirror, we see a reflection of our physical form. This body, which seems so familiar, is the embodiment of a vast cosmic journey that spans billions of years. The carbon in our cells, the iron in our blood, every particle has been forged in the crucible of stars. We are, quite literally, stardust.

However, the story does not end with mere physicality. Our consciousness, the unique essence that allows us to perceive, reason, and feel, is an integral part of this cosmic tapestry. It’s not a stretch to say that we are the universe experiencing itself.

But why does it seem like we are separate entities? When we look around, we see myriad forms of life, each one seemingly unique. This individuality is a beautiful illusion crafted by the universe. We are like waves in an ocean – while each wave appears distinct, they are all made of the same water, and ultimately, they are the ocean itself.

This realization brings with it profound implications. Every choice we make, and every action we undertake, is not just a result of individual will but the will of the universe. This is not to say that personal agency is an illusion, but rather, it operates in harmony with the cosmic dance of existence.

Consider this: If we truly understand that the person across from us is another version of ourselves, how would that change the way we interact with them? Hatred, jealousy, and malice would be replaced by understanding, compassion, and love.

When we truly understand that the entire universe is within us, and we are the universe, it shifts our perspective. We move from a place of separateness to one of unity. From competition to collaboration. From individualism to universalism.

So the next time you look into a mirror, see more than just your reflection. Recognize the entire cosmos staring back at you. Embrace the wonder of knowing that you are not just a speck in the universe; you ARE the universe.

The Cosmic Dance of Giving and Receiving

Unveiling Our Universal Identity

In our conversation on the Guru Viking podcast, hosted by Steve James, the essence of giving and receiving was explored in a way that transcends the mundane understanding of these acts. Our discussion, titled “Bodhi in the Brain,” delved into the philosophical underpinnings of our existence and our intrinsic connection to the universe. The narrative unfolded a perspective that not only are we a part of the universe, but we are the universe itself, engaging in a perpetual dance of giving and receiving.

The act of giving and receiving is not merely a transaction, but a reflection of a deeper, cosmic reality. When we give, we are not parting with something; rather, we are circulating the essence of existence. Similarly, when we receive, we are not merely acquiring; we are resonating with the universal rhythm. This perspective elevates the act of giving and receiving from a mere transaction to a transcendental experience, a harmonious exchange between the self and the cosmos.

The breath serves as a poignant metaphor for this eternal exchange. With every inhalation, we receive the life force, and with every exhalation, we give back to the existence that cradles us. This rhythmic exchange is a reminder of our unbreakable bond with the universe. It’s a dance of energy, a flow of consciousness, a cycle that sustains life and fosters the continuum of existence.

The notion that “it’s better to give than to receive” is not just a moral stance, but a reflection of a higher truth. When we give selflessly, we align with the universal law of abundance. We acknowledge that we are not separate entities operating in isolation, but integral parts of a grand cosmic orchestra. Our acts of giving and receiving are not just interactions with the external world; they are a dialogue with the universe, a testament to our universal identity.

Furthermore, the idea that “the universe is always yours” is a profound reminder of our limitless potential and inherent unity with the cosmos. We are not mere spectators in this grand theatre of existence; we are the playwrights, the actors, and the audience. The universe is not an external entity; it is a reflection of our innermost being, a mirror of our infinite essence.

This dialogue on the Guru Viking podcast invites you to transcend the superficial understanding of giving and receiving, urging us to embrace our universal identity. It’s a call to engage in the cosmic dance with awareness, grace, and a sense of sacredness. As we give and receive, we do not just interact with the world; we commune with the universe, we resonate with the essence of existence, and we unveil the profound truth that we are the universe experiencing itself in a myriad of forms.

This perspective is not merely philosophical musing; it’s a pathway to a deeper understanding, a higher consciousness, and a more meaningful existence. As we navigate the journey of life with this awareness, every act of giving and receiving becomes a sacred exchange, a step closer to the ultimate realization of our oneness with the cosmos.

The Unveiling Dance

My Journey into Turiyatita and Kundalini Awakening

Amid the delicate balance of the manifest and the unmanifest, my soul stumbled upon the ethereal doorway to Turiyatita on a serene afternoon of December 14, 2019. Turiyatita, a whisper in the cosmos resonating with the enigmatic essence of nondual suchness, unfurled before me as my passport to the indescribable singularity of absolute being. This mystic voyage was both celestial and grounding, marked by a full-blown Kundalini awakening—a cosmic dance entwined through the silken threads of my physical, subtle, and causal body. As a peculiar paralysis caressed my earthly vessel, each twitch and shiver seemed to echo the ageless wisdom that sages sought through millennia.

With every ostensibly involuntary movement, I felt as if I were wading through the boundless choreography of human expression. Every asana, pranayama, and mudra, both known and unknown, found expression through the vessel of my being, weaving into a grand tapestry of divine play. Each movement transcended the ‘I’, echoing the boundless cosmos, resonating with every action and stance ever taken by any being across the sands of time. The dance crescendoed into a majestic pose embodying the essence of yoga—a pose that seemed to encompass all poses, every action, event, and the ceaseless flow of the universe folding into a singular point of profound stillness.

This stillness was a revelation unlike any other. It was a palpable melding with the physical realm, seamlessly extending into the subtle and the causal. Unlike my previous sojourns into the nondual reality, where the concept of self dissolved into the vast expanse of existence, this voyage felt more grounded, more material, yet soared beyond the material realm’s enigmatic boundaries.

The seeds of this monumental experience were sown much earlier, precisely in the spring of 2003. My voyage was tenderly cradled through the sacred rituals of Ayahuasca under the nurturing guidance of a Shaman, the boundless realms unveiled through 5meo DMT, N N DMT sessions, and other entheogenic encounters. The countless hours of daily sessions of high-tech meditation of Holosync, eventually blossoming into Yinnergy which I had designed and created in 2010, became a part of my daily repertoire, along with neurofeedback training. The turning point arose in 2018 when the fiery serpent of Kundalini uncoiled fully within me, heralding the profound occurrences that would unfold a year later.

The final catalyst was the divine darshan I was blessed with from the enlightened master, Paramahamsa Vishwananda in September 2019. The grace of the guru catapulted me into a deep nondual peak experience, paving the ethereal path to that transformative afternoon in December. Life, as I knew it, pirouetted to a new rhythm, a rhythm resonating with the heartbeats of the cosmos. The veil of Maya lifted, revealing a dance—a dance of divine ecstasy, an unending journey into the heart of existence.

The memories of the celestial dance still linger, softly nudging me toward the unseen, unheard, and unspoken realms awaiting exploration. Much more beckons to be said about that day, yet the profoundest of its essence may never find the veil of verbiage.

At the Moment of Spiritual Enlightenment

Becoming the Understood

We journey through life seeking understanding, but how often do we pause and reflect on the nature of that understanding itself? Is understanding merely an intellectual achievement, or is it something more profound, something that fundamentally transforms us?

### Becoming Through Understanding

The idea that at the moment of spiritual enlightenment one becomes what they understand is rooted in ancient philosophies and spiritual traditions. When one truly understands a concept or truth, it’s not just a matter of grasping it intellectually. It’s about embodying that truth. The realization and the realizer merge into one.

Consider the Zen Buddhist concept of *satori*, an instant when one attains sudden enlightenment. In that moment, there’s no distinction between the self and the universe. The person does not merely understand unity; they *become* unity.

### The Depth of Knowing

The difference between intellectual knowledge and spiritual knowledge can be thought of as the difference between knowing about water and being submerged in it. You can study water, read about its chemical properties, and understand its role in the ecosystem, but it’s entirely different to dive into an ocean and feel the water surrounding you, to become one with that element.

This kind of immersive understanding is transformative. It shapes the core of our being, changes our perception, and reshapes our interactions with the world.

### From Being to Becoming

The real beauty of this idea lies in its transformative potential. Once we grasp that true understanding leads to becoming, our entire approach to learning and growth shifts. We stop being passive consumers of knowledge and instead strive for deep, transformative insights. We no longer learn just for the sake of knowing, but for the sake of becoming.

### The Limitless Potential of Enlightenment

Every moment of spiritual enlightenment is a doorway. It offers an invitation, not just to understand the cosmos, but to become an intrinsic part of it. To recognize that in truly knowing love, we become love; in truly knowing peace, we become peace.

It’s a journey without a final destination because the universe, in all its vastness, is ever-evolving, and ever-expanding. And as we continue to understand, we continue to become, forever part of the cosmic dance.

In conclusion, at the moment of spiritual enlightenment, understanding and identity merge. This is not just an esoteric concept but a call to action. To dive deep into understanding, to let go of superficialities, and to let every truth we uncover reshape our very essence. For in the dance of enlightenment, to understand is to become.
