Being Lost in the Mind vs. Transcending the Mind

In the labyrinth of our thoughts, there lies a delicate balance between being entrapped and transcending the confines of the mind. The two might seem dichotomous, but they are simply two extremes of the spectrum of human consciousness.

**Being Lost in the Mind**


To be lost in the mind is to be ensnared by our thoughts, emotions, and perceptions. It’s like being caught in a storm where the waves of our anxieties, fears, and desires toss us to and fro.
